General Instructions

  1. Deliveries to be made to only those customers who are wearing face masks.
  2. CA must wear face mask and Hand Gloves at all times at RO. Facemasks have expiry period and to be replaced periodically.
  3. Nozzle lever, keypad and printer of DU and DAG key pad and nozzle / TT decantation equipment to be sanitized after every two hours using cloth & sanitizer solution.
  4. Customer should be encouraged to open fuel tank. If Fuel tank key is handed over CA, same should be sanitized before taking from customer, and Fuel tank to be opened. Key of the fuel tank to be handed over back to customers (if applicable) after sanitizing the same with sanitizer.
  5. The uniform, CAP, plastic ID cards of the CA should not be used by other CA and is to be sent for wash after every use.
  6. In case of queuing of customers, marshal should ensure to maintain the social distance of 2 m between the customers.
  7. Customers must be encouraged for cashless and contactless payments like BHIM/UPI/Paytm etc.
  8. For payments with debit or credit card, the machine to be given to customer for swiping the card and entering the amount and pin. The POS terminal to be sprayed with disinfectant after every use.
  9. Cash should be minimized and there should be only one person in whole RO collecting cash, who will be wearing hand gloves and face mask and using sanitizers after each cash exchange transaction with customer. Cashier not to use saliva for counting notes
  10. Avoid giving printed bills and enforce e-receipt option to avoid contact.
  11. No Public gathering in RO premises.
  12. Disposal of used masks, gloves, sanitizer containers and other disposables to be coordinated with municipal authorities.
  13. All CO HSE Advisories be explained to CAs for strict compliance.
  14. In case any employee of RO/his family members are having symptoms of Cold, Cough, Throat Pain, Difficulty in Breathing, Fever the same to be reported and medical assistance sought.

  15. In case the place of residence, society, area, locality of residence of any employee of RO is quarantined/specifically declared as hot spot by Government authorities, the concerned employee should not be allowed to work at RO. Daily CheckList

6 Sanitization of the common areas like forecourt, office building etc with chemicals like Lizol mixed with Water (1:4 ratio) three times a day. (Follow CO HSE Guideline for sanitization).

7 Toilets provided for CA/ Manager/ Cashier/ TT crew/ Air boy/ Contract labour cleaned and Sanitized after every use (Towels for common use in bathrooms should not be provided). Toilet facilities temporarily stopped for use of general public.

8 Drinking water facility made inoperative.

9 Painted markings on pavers forecourt at RO floor as well as at air gauge to maintain distance between vehicles

10 Dedicated RED colored dustbins provided to dispose used Mask, Hand Gloves, tissue paper, empty sanitizer bottles and wiping cloths used for sanitization.(CO HSE Disposal guidelines to be followed)

11 Corona health messages continuously played on the audio speakers

12 No Spitting and avoid touching nose and eyes message displayed prominently in local language

13 Availability of separate drinking water bottle/ mug/glass for each employees /mug /glass.

14 Employees to bring food from home and remain within RO premises

15 Hourly handwashing by all employees
16 Face mask sanitized or washed with soap at the end of the day or replaced.

17 Only 1 CA is placed at 1 DU for Dual and for MPD. On CA to cater all DUs/MPDS with 4 meter.

18 Liquid soap dispenser at Fore court wash basin.
